Built up as the second generation Pantera (Pantera II).
Displayed extensively throughout 1974.
1975 converted by Ghia to Montella spec. Re-painted Pearl White over Metallic Bronze, all Pantera nameplates removed and replaced with Montella items. Exported back to the US and registered in Michigan where it was stored with the hope of showing it to other manufacturers with a view to possible production.
1981 sold to a Michigan sports car dealer and then to a collector.
Friday 17th August 2007 to be auctioned by RM Auctions, Monterey with no reserve.
