2006, 2002 Laguna Seca Grand Prix |
Having made noises about campaigning their 360 GT's in several American Le Mans Series rounds, JMB's challenge never materialised beyond the Sebring 12 Hours, a race which most teams use as a preparatory outing for Le Mans anyway. Despite there being a notable absence of GT class Ferrari's to challenge the hoardes of Porsche's for most of the season, two of the last three rounds were graced by Risi Competizione's new car. On the pace straight out of the box, Kelleners and Lazzaro took an impressive second in class at Laguna Seca and third in the 10-hour Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta. |
