The last bespoke Ferrari commissioned by Gianni Agnelli before his untimely death in January 2003 was this car, the one-off 360 Barchetta. Built on chassis 120020, Agnelli (who was the head of the sprawling Fiat empire) presented the car to Ferrari President, Luca di Montezemelo, on his wedding day in August 2000. Finished in Argento over Crema, 120020 was custom built by Pininfarina to incorporate a cut-down windscreen and did without a hood of any sort. Manufactured at a cost of £300,000, Agnelli had kept the whole project top secret.
