Recording devices including “Solid State DVR’s” |

For many years we have used Sony mini DV Handycam's as our principle recording device solution. They have, and continue to be, an excellent recorder producing high quality results. Disappointingly Sony are manufacturing fewer and fewer models with the required A/V and Lanc inputs, so the days of using a Handycam are now numbered. Plus, there is also a natural progression away from “the old technology” such as mini DV tapes to the new digital card recording formats. If you are looking for a recording device to compliment your existing or new Race or Rallycam kit then look no further, we can supply three DVR solutions with a range of specifications and features to suit every budget. Which one you choose depends on the specification you require and the size of your budget. Please see the table below to compare some of the key specifications, functionality and price differences.
